We know how exciting it is waiting for baby gear to arrive. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven’t received your link within 2–3 business days, just drop us a message and we’ll help.

Changed your mind? No problem. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can cancel it for you — just get in touch with our support team. If it’s already on its way, you’ll still be able to return it once it arrives.

We love treating our BabyBuddy families. Keep an eye on our website banner and emails for seasonal offers, bundles and special savings. That way you’ll always know when a deal is live.

Life with little ones is busy, and plans change. If you need to adjust your order — whether it’s the shipping address, size or quantity — let us know within 24 hours of placing it. Once it’s been shipped, we can’t make edits, but we’ll help you with returns if you need them.

We’re so sorry if your package didn’t make it safely. Send us a quick photo of the damage along with your order number, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund straight away.

It happens — no stress. If the wrong item arrived, or if you picked something by mistake, just contact us within 14 days. We’ll walk you through the return and make sure you get the right product in your hands as quickly as possible.

If your order isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Reach out to our team to start the process, and once we receive your item back, we’ll issue your refund.
