General Terms and Conditions of Unlimited Ecom Services FZCO
1 Scope and Definitions for Entrepreneurs
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code - BGB).
2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at https://www.flaschenbuddy.com.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part but is an invitation to the consumer to submit a binding order for the goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process involves the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods.
- Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button.
- Review of the information in the shopping cart.
- Clicking the "Checkout" button.
- Registration in the online shop by entering login details (email address and password).
- Final review and correction of the data entered, if necessary.
- Submission of the binding order by clicking the "Buy" or "Submit Order" button.
The consumer can correct any input errors by using the "Back" button in their browser to return to the page where the customer's details were entered or cancel the order process by closing the browser before submitting the order. We immediately confirm receipt of the order through an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). This confirms the acceptance of your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.flaschenbuddy.com/pages/agb. For security reasons, your order details will no longer be accessible via the internet.
3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Shipping costs, if any, will be added.
(2) The consumer can choose from the following payment options: advance payment, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer chooses advance payment, they commit to paying the purchase price immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly indicated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 90 working days. The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the period begins the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the delivery period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, it ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold item transfers to the consumer only when the item is handed over to the consumer, even in the case of shipment sales.
5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the full purchase price has been paid.
6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
